I got a raise, and my boss managed not to actually pay me the amount announced in our meeting. So, I just assumed he fucked up and told him about it. Now, instead of admitting he's a cheap fuckhead, he insists that he told me the raise wasn't going to be in effect until, next pay period. This is after he delayed actually determining the raise amount for a month and a half. I think I'm going to ask for backpay.
